Music

Music is embraced as an integral part of a child’s education at The Dominie. Music lessons are focused on helping the children improve their speech, motor skills, co-ordination and confidence, with a particular emphasis on singing and vocal development. The children are encouraged to collaborate with each other by performing group activities using percussion instruments, while following the national music curriculum.

The Dominie builds on the children’s enjoyment of music by offering after-school musical activities.
